Introduction
Help shape the future of Wexham Grange and Gallions Park
Hawridge Land has submitted two separate outline planning applications to Buckinghamshire Council for proposals for new homes at Wexham Grange and Gallions Park, on land that currently forms part of the golf course.
The proposals are for up to 680 new homes across the two sites, comprising around 450 homes on the eastern parcel at Gallions Park and around 230 homes on the western parcel at Wexham Grange.
The proposals also include 50% affordable housing, alongside new community and play spaces, substantial areas of public green space and biodiversity enhancements.
The submission of the applications follows our public engagement on the proposals. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate and provide feedback.
